The consultation is designed to give you options from a treatment stand point, and to give some self-help recommendations to alleviate discomfort and get you back to your prior level of function. No hands on treatment will be given, only advice on options to help improve your limitations.
Self Pay Initial Evaluation

In-depth medical background discussion, thorough physical examination with a Doctor of Physical Therapy followed by a full physical therapy treatment. Treatments will be individualized based on the patients needs and impairments found in the evaluation. Home management advice will also be provided to help promote healing and return to function as soon as possible.
Initial Laser Treatment

This is a free trial treatment with the LightForce Cold Light Laser to decrease pain, improve healing rate, and improve joint range of motion. 90% of patients should feel improvements in pain rating and/or range of motion for 18-72 hours after initial treatment.
Follow-up laser treatment visit

One 30 minute treatments with a LightForce Cold Light Laser. Cold Light Laser Therapy utilizes light energy emitted at a wavelength that the body can absorb to promote advanced healing to injured tissue. Not your average massage. Massage and myofascial release will be performed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Zimmer Radial shockwave will be used to assist with deep tissue, or sports massage treatments given. Specialized stretching routines can be implemented.
Junior Initial Evaluation
60 Minutes Each

Initial evaluation, and treatment for a musculoskeletal related injury that is limiting abilities to compete in sports or other hobbies. This price is for patients under the age of 18.
Junior Follow-up Visit
45 Minutes
$100
Follow up Physical therapy treatment focusing on improving musculoskeletal impairments noted in initial evaluation. Treatment will be individualized to each patient based on their functional goals. Patients must be under the age of 18.
Mechanical TRaction Treatment
30 Minutes Each

Mechanical Traction is a form of decompression therapy that we offer for cervical and lumbar spine issues. Traction relieves pressure on the spine and alleviates pain from joints, sprains and muscles spasms. Disc injuries and nerve pain both commonly treated with mechanical traction.
